Location: Central / HK Island

• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within the reinsurance and broker clients in Hong Kong
• Take the lead in gathering business requirements and agree with stakeholders on the final solution
• Negotiate and manage effective contracts made with customers or partners
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and understand the competitive landscape

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field
• 5 years or above experience in reinsurance, broker or insurance firm industry
• Experience in Life and Non-life insurance business
• Understanding and having related experience in the Hong Kong and global market
• Excellent management, communication and negotiation skills
• Having connections in the reinsurance industry would be an advantage
