Key Responsibilities:

Strategy Development: Create and implement comprehensive marketing and PR strategies that align with our business goals in the Web 3.0 ecosystem.
Content Creation: Develop engaging content for various channels, including blogs, social media, newsletters, and press releases that resonate with our target audience.
Community Engagement: Foster relationships within the Web 3.0 community, including developers, users, and influencers, to build a loyal and active user base.
Media Relations: Establish and maintain relationships with key media outlets, journalists, and thought leaders in the blockchain and crypto space to secure coverage and enhance brand visibility.
Event Management: Organize and promote events, webinars, and conferences to showcase our platform and connect with potential users and partners.
Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and PR initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, and customer support, to ensure marketing strategies align with overall business objectives.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in marketing and public relations, preferably in the tech, blockchain, or Web 3.0 sectors.
Strong understanding of blockchain technology and Web 3.0 principles.
Proven track record of successful marketing campaigns and media relations.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with analytics tools and platforms for measuring campaign effectiveness.
