工作職責:

  • 分析和審查整個銷售流程,從採購、訂單、加快訂單確認、定價和監控銷售業績
  • 識別市場趨勢並進行市場研究,以應對市場變化和競爭對手的挑戰
  • 監控每日庫存,設置訂單預測並實施每日補貨,以確保商店有足夠的庫存水準
  • 與相關部門密切合作,以制定戰略類別和銷售計劃,以應對公司目標以實現銷售目標
  • 按分配執行臨時任務

Job Description

  • Analyze and review the whole merchandising process from sourcing, issuing orders, expediting order confirmation, pricing and monitoring sales performances
  • Identify market trends and conduct market research to cope with market changes and challenges from competitors
  • Monitor daily inventory, set up order forecast and implement daily replenishment to ensure sufficient stock level in stores
  • Work closely with related departments in order to develop strategic category and sales planning to cope with company target in achieving sales objectives
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned

要求:

  • 持有採購或相關學科文憑或以上
  • 至少 5 年的採購和採購經驗,最好在零售行業(尤其是快速消費品)從大型公司獲得
  • 良好的談判、分析和溝通技巧;
  • 良好的英語和中文口語和書面語(包括普通話)
  • MS Office 和中文文字處理知識
  • 有責任心,積極主動,能夠在壓力下工作並滿足緊迫的期限

Requirements:

  • Diploma holder or above in Merchandising or related discipline
  • At least 5 years’ experiences in sourcing and buying experience, preferably gained in retail industry (especially in FMCG) from sizable companies
  • Good negotiation, analytical and communication skills;
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
  • Knowledge in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
  • Responsible, initiative, able to work under pressure & meet tight deadline
