My client is looking for high caliber to join as a Logistics CS Officer.

Responsibilities:

Respond to clients' enquiries regarding company logistics services. Prepare quotation based on shipping services needed.
Collaborate with Sales team on designing logistics solutions for clients so as to gaining business opportunities.
Assist in shipment follow up for clients by maintaining close communication with vendors, overseas offices, sales and operations team.
Work closely with internal and external parties to ensure excellent shipping services provided.
Prepare relevant reports for management review.
Handle client complaints. Settle the problems promptly with adhering relevant compliance and procedures.
Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Non-degree tertiary or above in Supply Chain Management, Logistics or relevant disciplines.
6 years CS experience in freight forwarding industry. Candidates with both airfreight and seafreight experience is an advantage.
Service-oriented and strong at troubleshooting.
Strong at communication and interpersonal skills.
Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
Proficient in MS Office Applications.
Immediately available is highly preferred.
