Key Responsibilities:

• Manage submarine cable capacity inventory, ensuring efficient utilization and allocation.
• Supervise cable station operations, ensuring smooth and reliable performance.
• Analyze and distribute cable operation reports, providing insights and recommendations.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders and external vendors to coordinate submarine cable operations.
• Supervise cable operation budget and expenses, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial guidelines.
• Attend submarine cable consortium meetings, representing the company's interests and staying abreast of industry developments.
• Handle ad-hoc tasks assigned by management, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
• Provide on-call standby support during non-office hours, ensuring operational continuity.
• Undertake occasional travel as required to support project needs and maintain relationships.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, Communication, or a related discipline.
• 5+ years of solid experience in transmission network and submarine cable operations.
• Knowledge of submarine cable systems, including their design, deployment, and maintenance, is a significant advantage.
• Self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese, enabling clear and concise communication with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite, facilitating efficient data analysis and report generation.
• Immediate availability is preferred.
