Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Commercial Manager to join the dynamic team. A leading developer in the commercial and residential sector. The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of experience and expertise in managing contracts throughout the lifecycle of complex projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all contractual aspects of commercial and residential projects from inception to completion.
• Develop, negotiate, and finalize contracts in collaboration with project stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements while mitigating risks associated with contracts.
• Collaborate with project managers, legal teams, and other departments to ensure seamless contract execution.
• Monitor project performance and provide insights to enhance contract effectiveness and efficiency.
• Conduct regular reviews and updates of contract terms to reflect changes in project scope or market conditions.
• Lead discussions and resolve disputes related to contract issues, ensuring amicable solutions.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior contract management staff.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in contract management, specifically within the luxury commercial and residential development sectors.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale projects with complex contractual arrangements in HK.
• Strong understanding of construction law, contract negotiation, and risk management.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, with a strong focus on stakeholder engagement.
• Proficiency in contract management software and tools.
