Job Description:

As an Assistant Contract Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing contracts for various building projects. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting in the preparation and review of contracts and agreements.
• Supporting the Contract Manager in negotiating terms and conditions.
• Monitoring project compliance with contractual obligations.
• Collaborating with project teams to ensure effective contract administration.
• Providing advice on contract-related issues and risk management.
• Assisting in the preparation of claims and variation orders.
• Coordinating with stakeholders to facilitate project execution.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 9 years of experience in contract management, preferably with a main contractor.
• Professional qualifications such as HKIS or RICS are required.
• Strong background in building projects is a plus.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
