Oversee the efficient and cost-effective operations of the company's real estate assets and facilities
Collaborate with property management teams to ensure seamless service delivery and high tenant satisfaction
Develop and implement strategies to optimize facility management processes
Identify and pursue strategic partnerships with universities, international schools, and other potential clients
Lead the bidding and proposal process to secure new contracts and expand the company's client base
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify untapped revenue streams
Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, addressing their concerns and ensuring high levels of satisfaction
Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with current clients and vendors
Work closely with the client service team to enhance the overall client experience
Develop and implement strategic growth plans to drive the company's revenue and market share
Identify and evaluate potential acquisition targets, joint venture opportunities, or strategic partnerships
Lead the due diligence process and negotiate the terms of new business deals
Provide direction, coaching, and mentorship to the business development team
Establish performance goals, monitor progress, and ensure the team's alignment with the company's objectives
Foster a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and collaboration within the team
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in business, real estate, or a related field; Advanced degree (e.g., MBA) is preferred
Experience:
Business Development Manager: 5-10 years of relevant experience in business development, client relationship management, and strategic planning within the real estate investment industry
Senior Management: 10+ years of experience in a senior leadership role, with a proven track record of driving business growth and profitability
Worked within a team that has generated at least $12 million USD in annual revenue
Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills; proficiency in financial analysis and strategic planning; excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities; familiarity with facility management and vendor management practices
