Responsibilities :

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process including but not limited to job posting, screening CVs, arranging interviews, shortlisting candidates
  • Identify and attract qualified candidates through various channels (e.g., job boards, social media, referrals)
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
  • Manage candidate tracking systems, maintain applicant records, and provide administrative support
  • Participate in talent acquisition initiatives across the group

 

Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related disciplines
  • Experience in talent acquisition or human resources
  • Candidates with FinTech will have a huge advantage
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong team player with a high sense of responsibility
  • Proactive with a result-driven mindset
  • Excellent command of English, Mandarin and Cantonese, both verbal and written
