Responsibilities : 

  • Perform receptionist duties such as answering phone calls, greeting visitors, mailing & arranging courier service, etc. 
  • Handle and maintain daily attendance and leave records. 
  • Handle and co-ordinate daily general office administrative duties including travel and accommodation arrangements, business cards, invoice checking, etc. 
  • Manage office supplies, maintenance of office systems and equipment procurement. 
  • Maintain a proper filing system. 
  • Participate in ad-hoc administration projects as required.

 

Requirements : 

  • Diploma or above with 1 year of relevant experience in a sizable company. 
  • Good telephone manners and communication skills. 
  • Pleasant, punctual, mature, detailed minded, and responsible. C
  • computer knowledge in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Chinese Word Processing. 
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese. 
  • Immediate availability will be an advantage. 
  • Fresh graduates will also be considered.
