Responsibilities :

  • Leading the sales, develop and implement sales strategy aligned with the company's business objectives and market trends.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, understand customer needs, and stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders, ensuring a deep understanding of their needs and delivering solutions.
  • Set sales targets and KPIs for the team, monitor performance, and implement strategies to achieve targets.
  • Work closely with project, development, and customer support teams to ensure alignment and enhance the customer experience.
  • Provide regular updates to the executive team on sales performance, market insights, and competitive landscape.

Requirements :

  • Holder of a Diploma or above;
  • 3 years working experience and possess a minimum of one year of frontline sales experience 
  • Technical background will be an advantage
  • Have an in-depth understanding of the IT / FinTech industry
  • Clearly know different business directions and specific business operation processes
  • Experience in system sales for the brokerage industry will be an advantage
  • Good negotiation and communication skills
