• Support services in a 10-story social welfare integrated service building
• Assist in the daily management of facilities and administrative tasks
• Responsible for coordinating visits and willing to communicate with others
• Coordinating and assisting in the preparation and implementation of activities
• Coordinating and assisting the center manager in handling administrative and financial work
• Provide support for services catering to children with special needs and their parents, actively engaging with families and collaborating with the team

Qualifications:

• Diploma holder or above with major in event management, business or related discipline
• At least 2 years' working experience
• Experience in event management, facilities management and customer service support will be an advantage
• Good commant of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Proficient in computer applications, e.g.Microsoft Word, Excel * Powerpoint and Chinese word processing
• Detailed-minded, well-organized and willing to learn 
• Independent, proactive, and good team player
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
