Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update the employee database records 

• Work closely with employees to provide full HR spectrum services (such as payroll calculation, attendance & leave maintenance, MPF contribution, employee compensation and preparing Tax & related HR auditor reports)

• Handle general coordination and administrative work

• Perform any ad-hoc project as assigned

• Handle works assigned by HR & Administration Manager

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related discipline

• Good command of written and spoken Chinese, Mandarin & English

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

• Be mature and able to work independently

• Preferable of 1-2 years with related working experience
