Responsibilities
Issue & Follow up purchase orders and delivery
Provide clerical and administrative support
Follow up developments and approval submissions
Communicate with customers by phone and email
Requirements
DSE / Form 5 or above
Experience in similar job functions is preferable
Fresh graduate will also be considered
Good Computer knowledge in MS word, Excel & Chinese Word Processing
Good Comand of English & Putonghua
Pleasant personality and good telephone manner
Customer-focused and service-oriented
Responsible, energetic and well organized
