Responsibilities:
Support the implementation of offshore governance and controls to ensure quality assurance.
Coordinate incident reporting across Operations.
Deliver management reports in a timely manner.
Lead the Administration Service & Quality team to provide adequate support for Administrative Services.
Supervise daily offshore operations to ensure efficient service delivery to both internal and external customers while fostering teamwork and collaboration with business units.
Offer timely coaching, guidance, and training to the team to facilitate smooth operations and continuous improvement.
Monitor the accuracy and turnaround time in alignment with established service level agreements for regular reporting.
Assist in the management of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and compile or update manuals and workflow documents as necessary.
Collaborate with team members to identify and address any issues or concerns.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience in Operations, with a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory role.
Knowledge of insurance products is preferred.
Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Mature, independent, self-motivated individual with excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
Detail-oriented, with a strong focus on accuracy and quality delivery.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Cantonese.
Skilled in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
