Ranked Fortune Global 500. They are now looking for Assistant Manager, Operations Governance and Controls. Responsibilities:
  • Support the implementation of offshore governance and controls to ensure quality assurance.
    Coordinate incident reporting across Operations.
  • Deliver management reports in a timely manner.
  • Lead the Administration Service & Quality team to provide adequate support for Administrative Services.
  • Supervise daily offshore operations to ensure efficient service delivery to both internal and external customers while fostering teamwork and collaboration with business units.
  • Offer timely coaching, guidance, and training to the team to facilitate smooth operations and continuous improvement.
  • Monitor the accuracy and turnaround time in alignment with established service level agreements for regular reporting.
  • Assist in the management of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and compile or update manuals and workflow documents as necessary.
  • Collaborate with team members to identify and address any issues or concerns.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in Operations, with a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Knowledge of insurance products is preferred.
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Mature, independent, self-motivated individual with excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented, with a strong focus on accuracy and quality delivery.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Cantonese.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
