DNA is partnering up with a reputable financial institution, its business specialized in providing personal & corporate loans, debt consolidation services, and other financial products. They are currently looking for a Loan Manager for their Sales & Operation Team. This position will be mainly focusing on sales team Strategic planning, managerial decisions overseeing the operational aspects of loan sales team , lead and motivate the sales team to achieve sales target. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in loan portfolio management, operational efficiency, compliance, and team leadership
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the management of loan portfolios, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize loan operations, enhance efficiency, and streamline processes.
Lead and mentor a team of loan professionals to ensure high performance and productivity
- Prioritize and delegate tasks effectively to maintain smooth operations within the division
- Monitor key metrics and performance indicators to evaluate divisional performance and make data-driven decisions
- Provide coaching for Direct Sales to improve product knowledge and compliance awareness
- Analyze market research, gather updates, and offer recommendations
- Coordinate promotion activities with internal and external stakeholders
- Address customer complaints, enhance controls, and manage risks effectively
- Ensure accurate and timely commission payments
- Generate regular reports for operational risk mitigation and management reporting
- Engage in ad hoc projects for business development
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree Holder
- Proven experience in loan sales Manager, Branch manager, Stragetic planning manager , Loan Sales operations managment
- Experience in agency management will be an advantageous
- Deep understanding of unsecured lending/credit card marketing and operations
- Strong people management and complaint resolution skills
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve team's goal
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Fluent in both spoken and written English and Chinese
- Candidates with less experience will be considered for Assistant Manager roles
