Responsibilities:
  • To supervise The Wellness Centres (Integrated Community Centre for Mental Wellness) and other projects in Community Services of the Association;
  • To provide professional consultations and advice to ICCMWs in handling crisis or complaints;
  • To drive the professional and clinical development of ICCMW and /or related service projects and coordinate related trainings;
  • To design and lead different new initiatives or service projects related to community mental health and to conduct related outcome evaluations;
  • To assist the service head in various strategic developments and quality assurance programmes in Community Services; and
  • To liaise with funders, governmental departments and other community stakeholders for service development.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor or above in Social Work;
  • At least 7 years of social service experience with no less than 5 years of management or direct experience in mental health service;
  • Preferably with experiences in proposal writing and project design with strategic thinking competence and good writing and presentation skills;
  • Proficient in both written and spoken Chinese and English, preferably with good command in Putonghua;
  • Good management, communication and interpersonal skills in leading and working with team members; and
  • Able to work under pressure with tight deadlines.
Working location: Sham Shui Po
