DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Closely monitors accounts revenue and business production for T/T and Wholesale accounts.
- Forecasts groups and Wholesale room nights and ADR.
- Attends major travel functions and promotional events to promote sales for the hotel.
- Plans and executes sales trips to major market areas and reports to the Director of Sales / Director of Sales & Marketing on new potential markets that should be covered.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Degree holder in Hospitality Management or relevant disciplines
- With a minimum of 5 years hands-on experience in hotel sales, travel agent segment
- Good knowledge of market trend research and market intelligence
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication abilities across functions and with customers
- Ambitious with strong drive to achieve targets, revenue and profits
- Result-oriented, self-motivated and out-going personality
- Proficient in computer knowledge with good presentation and problem solving skills
- Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
