What you need to do:
Responsible for the daily operation of front desk
Handle guest's enquiries & complaints in a professional manner
Contribute to the smooth running of Front Office
Who are we looking for?
1 year of experience in Customer Service
Good command in spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin
Fresh graduates will also be considered
You will have an advantage of you are/ have
Experience in Hospitality Industry
Graduates in Hospitality Management or related fields
Proficient in the use of Front Office OPERA System
