Job Description:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities. Develop strategic partnerships and networks to enhance business growth.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients. Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients while seeking to expand client base in Hong Kong, overseas, and Mainland China.
• Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of company’s projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to client satisfaction.
• Conduct thorough market analysis to understand current trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape. Utilize this information to inform business strategies.
• Oversee financial aspects of the business department, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Identify potential risks in projects and business operations and develop mitigation strategies. Prepare detailed reports on business performance, project progress, and client updates for senior management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience in business management, marketing. Business development, or a related field.
• Data driven mentality which can measure & monitor the progress & achievement of pre-set KPI & objectives.
• Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Good coordination, operations management, multitasking, logical analysis and presentation skills.
• Good command in both spoken and written Chinese and English, Putonghua is a must.
• Self-starter, team player, proactive and able to work under pressure.
