A leading Company in Hong Kong, they are looking for Senior Operation Manager (~50k, Playground)

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the playground, ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment for children and families.
• Manage staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
• Develop and implement operational procedures to optimize efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain playground equipment, ensuring safety standards are met and addressing maintenance needs promptly.
• Monitor inventory levels and procure supplies as needed.
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
• Collaborate with marketing team to promote playground events and activities.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Track and analyze key performance indicators to improve operational effectiveness.
• Manage budget and expenses to meet financial goals.

Requirements:

• Over 5 years of experience in sales, operations, or finance, with retail team management experience.
• Proven experience in managing recreational facilities or playgrounds.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
