Responsibilities
Engage in merchandising process such as sourcing, product development, article & offer management and supplier management
Responsible for order follow-up, buying trips preparation, sample handling and showroom management
Work directly with overseas suppliers and customers to ensure smooth operations
Coordinate with internal departments e.g. Packaging, Quality Assurance, Logistics and other external service providers to ensure on-time shipment
Maintain accurate and updated order status and product information in supply chain system
Requirements
DSE / Form 5 or above
At least 2 years’ relevant merchandising experience, EU market experience is preferred
Proficient in both spoken and written English and Mandarin
Proficient in MS Office (Excel / Word / PowerPoint / Outlook) applications
Experience and knowledge in merchandising / trading industry
Good negotiation skills and problem-solving skills
Open minded, right attitude to learn and bring about change
Energetic to drive for customer success and excellent service
Strong sense of ownership and high degree of independence
Passionate in connecting with people and adopting high level of interpersonal skills
Willing to travel when needed
Candidate with less experience will be considered as Merchandiser Assistant
