[Job Responsibilities]:

1.Communicate and confirm pre-sales requirements and develop solutions.

2.Prepare requirement documents, product design documents, product manuals, and other related materials.

3.Participate in product system analysis and design (SA&D), collaborate with development departments on product design, and participate in product system integration testing (SIT).

4.Serve clients, complete User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and ensure timely product delivery.

5.Participate in product implementation for go-live and complete other assigned tasks from superiors.

[Qualifications]:

1.Bachelor's degree or above in a computer-related field, with 5-10 years of experience in a related position in the same industry.

2.Proficient in writing test cases, testing methodologies, and commonly used bug tracking tools, with a good command of MS-SQL.

3.Familiarity with Oracle, Linux, and MySQL will be given preference.

4.Strong documentation skills, familiar with common tools such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and mind mapping.

5.Positive mindset, strong ability to handle pressure and execute tasks, with good skills in data analysis, logical thinking, written communication, and collaboration. Able to work in cross-departmental teams and adapt to agile development iterations.

6.Good listening, reading, and writing skills in English. Proficiency in Cantonese is preferred.

7.Able to adapt to short-term business trips.
