Candidate with less experience will be considered as Global (Assistant) Rewards Manager.
Responsibilities:
Manage various global rewards projects such as global annual salary review and bonus exercise, salary survey, market benchmarking, incentive scheme review, staff cost simulation and compensation and benefits programs integration and alignment
Work with LKK Group and external vendors for various rewards projects e.g. job evaluation and job architecture review, strategic workforce planning for all zones, total rewards strategy transformation, Short-Term Incentive Plan (STIP) revamp, Long-Term Incentive Plan (LTIP) design etc.
Act as advisor to local HR to continuously monitor the efficiency and effectiveness of the current reward programs and processes
Provide end user support to respective local HR and closely work with Global Shared Service Centre (SSC) team and HR Business Partners (HRBP) globally in 4 zones: Asia Pacific, China, Americas, and Europe
Coordinate with internal and external counterparts to facilitate international assignments and mobility strategy
Review C&B policies and practices and establish administration procedures for local markets’ adoption
Perform other assigned duties and ad hoc projects
Requirements:
Degree holder in Human Resources Management, Statistics or related disciplines
Minimum 8 years’ relevant working experience in Human Resources field, with hands-on experience in Compensation & Benefits and HRIS operations related areas
Worked at headquarter and/or from FMCG is highly preferred
Experience in HR consulting field or C&B Projects with global exposure would be an advantage
Proficient in HRIS with experience in SuccessFactors is highly preferred
Strong analytical skills, attention to details and high degree of accuracy
A good team player and able to work independently in a fast pace environment
Proactive, multi-tasking and well-organized with self-discipline
Strong sense of responsibility and strive for continuous improvement
Proficient in MS Office applications especially in Excel and PowerPoint
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese. Proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage
