[Job Responsibilities]
1.Communicating with stakeholders regarding project needs and goals.
2.Contributing to the planning and development of projects.
3.Supporting the coordination and management of projects.
4.Researching information as required.
5.Performing administrative tasks such as preparing invoices, estimates, scheduling meetings, etc.
6.Keeping track of and reporting on project progress.
7.Completing any tasks assigned by the Project Manager in an efficient and timely manner.
[Qualifications]
1.3 Years experience.
2.Industry-specific certificates and licenses may be necessary or preferred.
3.Ability and desire to work collaboratively to ensure successful project execution.
4.Highly organized and detail-oriented with a passion for ensuring projects proceed efficiently and effectively.
5.Fluent in spoken and written English & Chinese (both Cantonese and Putonghua).
6.Logical thinking and analytical mindset.
