DNA Recruit Partners are collaborating with a local construction company to recruit an experienced HR practitioner specializing in payroll and system administration. Reporting to an Assistant Manager, the successful candidate will handle data conversion, validation, testing, and parallel running of the HR system. Moreover, he/she will be instrumental in the payroll team, serving as the system administrator for configuration, role assignment, maintenance, and further enhancements.

- Collaborate closely with team members and departments to ensure accurate and prompt payroll processing, encompassing salary computations, deductions, and benefits management.
- Manage and safeguard employee records to uphold data accuracy and confidentiality.
- Produce payroll reports, conduct data analysis, and ensure adherence to statutory and company regulations.
- Offer assistance and advice to employees on work and payroll-related queries and concerns.
- Support HR system data migration, validation, testing, parallel operations, and implementation.
- Serve as the HR system administrator, overseeing configuration, role assignments, maintenance, and enhancements.
about you.
- Hold a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Possess a minimum of 6 years of robust experience in compensation & benefits and payroll management, preferably within a sizable construction/engineering firm.
- Demonstrate proficiency in MS Excel, particularly in formulas and functions.
- Have a thorough understanding of the Employment Ordinance and relevant regulatory frameworks in Hong Kong.
- Detail-oriented with a strong sense of accountability and proactive problem-solving abilities.
- Capable of handling confidential information with the utmost integrity and professionalism.
- Exhibit good interpersonal and communication skills, adept at working both independently and collaboratively in a team.
- Previous experience in the construction industry would be advantageous.
