Achieve and surpass assigned sales targets.
Manage a comprehensive range of general banking products, including CASA, Clean Lending, Mortgages, Insurance, and Credit Cards.
Proactively acquire new customers through active sales initiatives.
Assess customers’ banking needs to effectively sell and cross-sell products.
Refer sales leads to branch colleagues or other departments as needed.
Adhere to operational procedures in compliance with the Bank’s policies and regulations.
Collaborate with product specialists to offer tailored services to customers.

about you.

A university degree with 1-2 years of experience in frontline customer service at a branch, or secondary education combined with 3-4 years of relevant experience
Completion of IIQE papers 1, 2, and 3.
Holding a Certified Banker qualification is a plus.
Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
