A leading Company in Hong Kong, they are looking for Senior Operation Manager (~50k, Playground)

Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations of the playground, ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment for children and families.
Manage staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
Develop and implement operational procedures to optimize efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Maintain playground equipment, ensuring safety standards are met and addressing maintenance needs promptly.
Monitor inventory levels and procure supplies as needed.
Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
Collaborate with marketing team to promote playground events and activities.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Track and analyze key performance indicators to improve operational effectiveness.
Manage budget and expenses to meet financial goals.

Requirements:

Over 5 years of experience in sales, operations, or finance, with retail team management experience.
Proven experience in managing recreational facilities or playgrounds.
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
