Responsibilities
Provide full spectrum HR & Administration supports including recruitment, attendance record and leave management, employment contract, monthly management reports
Handle the HR administration duties including payroll calculation, MPF administration, taxation matters, employment contract preparation.
Provide support as a receptionist when needed
Assist handling claims, employees' compensation insurance administration and labor dispute
Supporting ad hoc projects as necessary
Requirements
DSE / Form 5 or above
1 years related working experiences in Human Resources, with experience of HR generalist role
Conversant with Hong Kong Employment Ordinance or other employment-related legislations
Mature, self-motivated, independent and with strong analytical skills, flexible and detail-minded
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint and Words) and Chinese Word Processing
Good command of both written and spoken English & Chinese
Fresh Graduates are welcome
