Responsibilities:

Deliver comprehensive HR services, including talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, taxation, and employee movement.
Provide clerical and administrative support across all Human Resources functions.
Conduct system data entry, maintain personnel records, prepare employment contracts, and manage onboarding logistics for new hires.
Offer staff relations support to front-line operational personnel.
Assist with HR projects and perform ad-hoc tasks as needed.

Requirements:

Higher Diploma or above in Human Resources or a related field.
At least 4 years of relevant experience.
Strong knowledge of Macau and Mainland Employment Ordinance.
Detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple tasks under tight deadlines, diligent, and possessing strong communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel, and Chinese Word Processing) and experienced with HRIS.
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
Candidates with less experience may be considered for the role of Assistant HR Officer.
