Lead a dynamic team in performing sales administration tasks and providing exceptional customer service, including addressing and resolving inquiries and complaints.
Recommend and implement strategies to uphold high standards of customer service and ensure smooth operational workflows.
Initiate and drive new projects within operations, focusing on problem-solving to manage stakeholder expectations.
Supervise daily operations and monitor team performance.
Support operational execution and planning for sales lead assignments within the sales information system across various teams.
Requirements:
Degree holder or above in any discipline.
At least 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in the digital media or e-commerce industry.
Knowledge of payment integration, online media, and the food and beverage industry is a plus.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills; mature, pleasant, and well-organized.
Ability to analyze problems and issues, making sound logical decisions and plans.
Proficient in both written and spoken Chinese and English.
Proficient in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Chinese typing.
