Responsibilities:

• To generate detailed drawings and layouts for the FS system, including equipment and individual components, and submit them for approval and procurement.
• Oversee and manage the design and installation of electrical and mechanical systems in a building services project.
• Ensure smooth coordination between subcontractors, clients, and on-site activities related to drawings and site work.
• Offer technical assistance, supervise quality control, and provide on-site supervision.
• Take charge of tendering, design tasks, project execution, and supervision for a Fire Services Project.

Requirements:

• Possess a Higher Diploma or Degree in Building Services Engineering or a related field like E&M discipline.
• Proficiency in Fire Services is required.
• Previous experience in Design & Build or MEP projects is highly beneficial.
• Familiarity with design guidelines, standards, code of practice, statutory regulations, and submission and approval procedures for relevant authorities.
• Knowledge in pricing and tendering/bidding for jobs is necessary.
• Holding the title of Chartered Engineer or Professional Engineer would be advantageous.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese to effectively interact with clients and consultants.
