Responsibilities:

• Reports into Hong Kong's IT Manager
• Provide IT support to internal users
• Perform routine IT infrastructure and network administration/ maintenance
• Perform troubleshoot to resolve technical incidents
• Support and coordinate new store opening projects on IT device installation

Requirements:

• Diploma or above holder in IT
• With 3+ years' work experience in an IT Support/ System Administrator role
• Work experience from retail and/or F&B sector preferred
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Both Mandarin and Cantonese)
• Familiar with desktop, end-point and network infrastructure technologies
