Responsibilities:
• Assisting implementation of staff training & development policy and talent management programme;
• Conduct training needs analysis and organize training programmes;
• Organize staff engagement and staff relations activities;
• Perform other administrative tasks assigned by the supervisors.
Requirements:
• Degree holder preferably in Human Resources Management or related discipline;
• Minimum 3 years of solid HR experience preferably in training & development;
• Good command of both written and spoken Chinese and English;
• A good team player with good interpersonal skills;
• Strong sense of responsibility, self-motivated and able to complete tasks with tight deadlines
