- Perform tasks related to IT infrastructure, including network management, server maintenance, backups, troubleshooting, and CCTV operations.
- Utilize your experience with Microsoft Infrastructure to support our systems effectively.
- Prepare and configure new equipment for incoming employees and users, ensuring a smooth onboarding process.
- Work closely with Group IT teams, acting as the eyes and arms for system updates and check-ups.
