Responsibilities:
  • To lead and supervise the project team in community and educational services, operational services and the station in meeting the contractual requirements;
  • To oversee the operation of the Project, including budgeting, educational services, recyclables collection services and station maintenance etc;
  • To plan, implement and promote all related programmes or events and initiate networking building activities;
  • To be responsible for the administration, human resources and financial management of the Project;
  • To prepare all kinds of documents including proposal, reports, tenders, memos and manual etc;
  • To network concerned government departments, public or commercial services for building up cordial relationship and promoting public education;
  • To maintain a close relationship with stakeholders of the project; and
  • To undertake any other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Requirements:
  • Degree holder;
  • At least 3 years managerial experience preferable in NGO or public sector;
  • At least 2 years expertise and solid experience in waste reduction project;
  • With established social network with the sectors and recycling industry being a definite advantage;
  • Mature, sociable, meticulous and be able to work independently for multiple tasks and under pressure;
  • Good command of both written and spoken Chinese and English.
