Job Summary
Do you want to work in a leading company in a prosperous Cloud Computing industry? We are seeking a driven and customer-oriented Customer Service Officer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will join our primary contact team to assist customers in onboarding their subscribed cloud computing services. You will be trained to be the first point of contact for customers with subscription and billing enquires and to provide them with great and friendly advice. You will learn the service provisioning knowledge about the latest cloud computing products from Microsoft. If you also want to gain valuable customer service experience in provisioning and supporting cloud computing services back-up by global cloud vendors like Microsoft – We want to hear from you!
Roles and Responsibilities:
Validate and process orders for cloud service subscriptions
Adhere to prescribed procedures and workflows to accurately complete tasks within committed timelines and service levels
Coordinate service provision for customer orders using integrated business support system and vendor ordering platforms
Assign, monitor, and escalate dispatched tasks to technical teams and vendors related to service provision
Handle customer contract renewals and cultivate long-term relationships with customers
Provide first-level customer service, manage hotlines, handle inquires, and assist with billing support for customers
Assist in preparing accurate & timely reports
Handle ad hoc assignments and other duties as required
We are looking for:
Higher Diploma or above in any discipline
At least 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably with experience on handling order processing
Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English
Good command of written Chinese and English
Good communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
A warm, approachable and helpful manner
Passionate, hardworking, patient and willing to learn
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Outlook
Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Customer Service Officer
Fresh graduates are welcome
