DNA Recruit Partners is partnering with a MNC logistic company for a Japanese Speaking Customer Service Officer based in HK, the ideal candidate has to possess fluency/ working proficiency in Japanese (N2 or above) and experience from customer serivce (call centre). 

We are currently looking for a candidate with 3 years or experience, less experienced candidate will be considered as a senior customer service executive

• Coordinate and liaise with clients, sales, operations, and warehouse teams.
• Track shipments, generate invoices, and prepare monthly statements.
• Address client inquiries and complaints via phone and email, nurturing strong customer relationships.
• Demonstrate excellent communication and negotiation abilities while handling customer interactions.
• Fulfill other assigned ad-hoc duties as required.

about you.

• Possess a diploma or higher qualification.
• Have a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or logistics operations, preferably within a logistics service provider.
• Display maturity, responsibility, a proactive learning attitude, and the ability to thrive under pressure.
• Exhibit initiative, a positive mindset, and strong organizational skills.
• Possess proficient written and spoken English skills (Proficiency in Japanese with JLPT N2 or above for Japanese-speaking roles).
• Demonstrate effective communication with clients and colleagues.
• Show proficiency in PC skills, Microsoft Office, and Chinese word processing.
• Prioritize client satisfaction through effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Immediate availability is highly preferred.
