Responsibilities:

• Report to the Associate Purchasing Director
• Learn and understand the procurement process of Amenity Kits & Comfort Items (Textiles)
• Assist the purchasing team in handling enquiries/projects with our suppliers and partners
• Support the product development process by arranging quotations and samples according to the customer requirements
• Manage cost and budget controlling for projects and developments
• Monitor the production process to meet project lead time
• Develop and source new product upon department direction
• Handle and monitor shipments with forwarder and factories
• Cross functional coordination with related internal departments 
• Business travel may be required

Requirements:

• Higher diploma / Associate degree holder or above in Merchandising / Supply Chain / Textiles or related 
• Fresh graduate is welcomed
• Detail-oriented, organized, responsible person who is proactive and solution-oriented by nature
• Proficient in both English & Chinese
