Our client, a commercial professional services group, is now seeking for a high caliber individual to join their team

Job Duties

Serve in an engineering capacity to design and deliver Professional Managed Services that meet customers' ICT and digital transformation requirements.
Assist in conducting customer requirement analyses and developing service proposals that clearly articulate value propositions. Ensure a seamless transition from PreSales to PostSales by facilitating service activation and delivery to clients.
Engage with customers to gather and analyze data. Collaborate with various presales, operations, and service teams to design managed services.
Recommend IT managed service solutions, including remote monitoring and management of infrastructure and solutions such as network and security operations (SOC), servers, and storage.
Prepare technical proposals and responses to tenders.

Jobs Requirement

A university graduate in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
An independent, proactive, innovative individual with attention to detail and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
Strong skills in communication, proposal writing, presentation, and documentation. Excellent communication abilities to convey business and technical value to a diverse audience.
Candidates with experience in presales, in-house roles, or customer-facing positions will be considered advantageous.
