• Review and assist officers to vet the aircraft flight data and noise data from the Aircraft Noise and Flight Track Monitoring System (ANFTMS)

• Assist in compiling/correlating/conducting analysis on noise statistics and complaints

• Devise suitable IT solutions to handle the data-intensive operations, including automation of data processing and reporting, relational database development and management

• Review, cross-check and validate the carbon emission data submitted from airlines and aircraft operators

• Assist in consolidating the emission data and preparing CORSIA-related data reports

• Perform any other duties as assigned by senior officers. 

• Associated Degree holder in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent

• At least 1 year of project management, aviation or IT experience

• At least 1 year of VBA

• Practical experience in Visual Basic/Python/SQL development will be an advantage

• Proficient in MS Office applications, knowledge in AutoCAD/GIS will be an advantage

• Knowledge and experience in Vendor Management / Government IT initiatives will be desirable

• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
