- Working with offshore team and client team to support, build, integrate and deliver high-quality Technology Solutions.
- Monitor daily operations to ensure application solutions meet client's policies, standards and quality requirement.
- Deliver proper production support and ensure that production handover materials are well prepared.
Job Duties
- Work in the client site with on-site team to communicate and manage client incident / issues
- Supervise on-site and off-shore team to provide application and maintenance support for client
- Responsible for pro-actively monitoring and promptly resolving application production incident within agreed service level
- Responsible for managing the BAU support team to deliver service request tickets
- Responsible for assisting Incident and Problem Management teams on root cause analysis, incident report and propose short-term / permanent resolution for application issue
Technical Qualifications
Must Have:
- Bachelor degree in IT, computer science or a related discipline is preferred.
- Over 5 years of full life-cycle experience in the analysis, architecture, design documentation
- Solid Knowledge and Experience on SDLC
- Solid Experience on Small Medium Solution Design and Sizing
- Hands on Cloud Native Solution Design & Development (preferably Azure).
- Solid Experience in Open technologies (Java, NodeJs) and ADF / Function App / Logic App.
- Strong knowledge of Java (J2EE, JPA, Spring Framework, SpringBoot, Struts, JSP Servlet, EJB)
- Strong knowledge of RDBMS (Oracle, MSSQL)
- Technical expertise in the design, development, coding, testing, and debugging of code.
Nice To Have:
- Knowledge of Middleware (Weblogic, JBoss EAP, Tomcat)
- Understanding on Web Services (WSDL Soap, Restful)
- Understanding on using CI/CD tools (GitHub, Maven, Gradle, Jenkins)
- Understanding on using tools to perform monitoring such as Kibana, Dynatrace
- Knowledge of Message Queue, Knowledge of Mulesoft
Team Lead Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in IT / IS discipline or equivalent;
- At least 10 years’ experience in IT and 5 years experiences as team lead on managing a team size 5+ people;
- Solid Experiences in Application Support and Maintenance, Incident Troubleshooting, Root Causes analysis and Problem Resolution
- Maintain a positive attitude and have good communication skills for client and team management
- Preferred Insurance application support experiences
