RFHK is now looking for a suitably qualified candidate to fill one of the two key positions of Assistant Director vacated by a recent internal promotion.

 

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Director, and in collaboration with the other Assistant Director, in the overall management and administration of RFHK;
  • Develop, execute and evaluate plans and strategies to achieve sustainable growth and continual service excellence of RFHK;
  • Build capacity in terms of training, supervision and development of staff at all levels to ensure high-quality service delivery;
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with government departments, NGOs, strategic partners, stakeholders and the public;
  • Supervise publicity efforts and other endeavors to promote RFHK's brand building as well as the full range of community mental health services; and
  • Undertake any other duties as may be assigned by the Director.

Requirements
  • Candidates should be a Registered Social Worker (RSW) under the Social Workers Registration Ordinance (Chapter 505); and
  • Hold a recognized degree in social work or above with at least eight years' post-graduate practice experience, including five years in supervisory role related to service delivery, programme development, human resources or finance management in social work;
  • Possess proven work experience with track records in mental health service, and additional relevant training and qualifications would be added advantages;
  • Preferably possession of AI experience or knowledge.
