主要職責 Key Responsibilities

• 負責新店居酒屋日本料理制作,督導員工及處理相關食材 Exhibits culinary talents in Japanese cuisine by personally performing tasks while leading the staff and managing all food related functions in Izakaya new outlet.
• 確保菜式的品質及食品的衛生、健康和安全, 以維持品牌形象 Maintain a high standard and compliance with food hygiene, Health and Safety, and stock procedures
• 負責食物成本控制並透過有效管理, 使資源應用切合業務需求 Ensure resources meet business needs through the effective management of working rotas
• 通過對員工的培訓及有效管理,提升團隊紀律和積極性 Managing kitchen brigade effectively to ensure a well-organised and motivated team
• 提升食品質素及品牌形象,達致較佳的財務績效 Works to continually improve guest and employee satisfaction while maximizing the financial performance in all areas of responsibility.

要求 Experiences and skills required

• 8年或以上居酒屋廚師工作經驗,需有3年在日本餐廳擔任高級廚師的經驗 At least 8 years experience in Izakaya and with a minimum 3 years of experience as senior chef in a Japanese restaurant
• 須有良好溝通技巧、性格主動及具創意 Strong communication, interpersonal skills. Creativity
• 有人事管理能力, 團隊合作精神及領導能才 Have management skill, motivator and team builder displays
• 對日式料理的食品健康、安全和衛生規格認識 Knowledge of food health, safety and hygiene compliance
• 良好中、英文溝通,懂日語者優先 Good spoken English and Cantonese, knowledge in Japanese is highly preferred
