Responsibilities

• Identity business opportunity, develop sales network and maintain good relationship with all business-related parties e.g., customers / agents / offices/ suppliers / mills

• Handle existing customers’ orders, follow up with shipment and sampling

• Assist sales manager to promote our textile products and various services to generate sales 

• Correspond to incoming email and phone enquiries from walk-in customers

• Handle customers’ enquiries, quotation preparation and regular correspondences

• Gather market information and generate sales performance report for analysis 

Requirements

• DSE / Form 5 or above

• At least 5 years’ fabric/garment sales experience in multinational companies

• Have knowledge in operation flow of garment business

• Business level of proficiency in spoken and written English and Mandarin

• Japanese language skill (JLPT Level 2 or above is an advantage

• Proficiency in MS offices applications especially in Excel

• Responsible, logical, and analytical thinking, excellent time management & communication skills, well-organized and self-initiative
