Responsibilities

• Building strong cross-department links to ensure all aspects of the business are engaged in successful delivery of projects

• Managing critical path from product sign off to shipment

• Working closely with UK commercial team on tracking the budgets

• Closely tracking on the forecast and inventory management

• Developing and managing project plans to ensure timescales are met and are clearly communicated to all manufacturers and suppliers.

• Reviewing all completed projects to ensure that improvement actions are taken forward into new projects

• Driving changes in response to business needs including continuous improvement to procedures governing all the above

 
Requirements

• DSE / Form 5 or above

• Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in a similar project management role

• Project management experience is a plus

• Solid experience in product development & life cycle/product management of Health & Beauty/ Households/ Bags

• Good understanding of the manufacturing process

• Effective business and personal skills to build relationships with all stakeholders

• Good knowledge of methodologies and techniques for planning, monitoring and controlling projects

• Innovative with strong passion in driving changes and continuous improvements

• Self confidence in front of factories, oversea offices and customers

• Able to communicate and conduct presentation well in English

• Enjoy travelling to factories in Asia Regions
