Responsibilities:
• Implement staff training & development policy and talent management programme;
• Conduct training needs analysis and organize training programmes;
• Organize staff engagement and staff relations activities;
• Perform other administrative tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements:
• Degree holder preferably in Human Resources Management or related discipline;
• Minimum 3 years of solid experience in training & development and/or preferably talent management;
• Good command of both written and spoken Chinese and English;
• A good team player with good interpersonal skills;
• Strong sense of responsibility, self-motivated and able to complete tasks with tight deadlines
