A leading Company in Hong Kong, they are looking for Automotive Engineering Manager (~45k, Workshop Management)

Responsibilities:

• Lead a skilled team overseeing regular workshop inspections and repairs.
• Drive strategic continuous improvements in efficiency, quality, and turnaround time to uphold workmanship standards.
• Strategically plan preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure fleet reliability.
• Oversee annual regulatory examinations of the fleet, ensuring smooth compliance.
• Collaborate with the manufacturers and part suppliers to maintain maintenance intervals and foster strong relationships.
• Advocate a culture of unwavering commitment to health and safety, engineering legislation, and company policies.
• Foster effective communication among colleagues for seamless collaboration.
• Stay updated on industry advancements, continuously honing engineering skills.
• Ensure accurate and prompt completion of engineering records to maintain high documentation standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Automotive Engineering or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in fleet management, vehicle engineering, or maintenance workshop operations.
• Passion for developing teams to enhance overall efficiency.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills for managing multiple projects and teams concurrently.
