Key Responsibilities:

• - Strategy Development: Create and implement comprehensive marketing and PR strategies that align with our business goals 
• - Content Creation: Develop engaging content for various channels, including blogs, social media, newsletters, and press releases that resonate with our target audience.
• - Community Engagement: Foster relationships within the Web 3.0 community, including developers, users, and influencers, to build a loyal and active user base.
• - Media Relations: Establish and maintain relationships with key media outlets, journalists, and thought leaders in the blockchain and crypto space to secure coverage and enhance brand visibility.
• - Event Management: Organize and promote events, webinars, and conferences to showcase our platform and connect with potential users and partners.
• - Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and PR initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• - Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, and customer support, to ensure marketing strategies align with overall business objectives.

Qualifications:

• - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
• - 5+ years of experience in marketing and public relations, preferably in the tech, blockchain, or Web 3.0 sectors.
• - Strong understanding of tech, blockchain, or Web 3.0 sectors
• - Proven track record of successful marketing campaigns and media relations.
• - Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
• - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• - Familiarity with analytics tools and platforms for measuring campaign effectiveness.

Preferred Skills:

• - Experience in community management and engagement strategies.
• - Knowledge of SEO, content marketing, and social media strategies.
• - Existing network within the blockchain and Web 3.0 communities.
