Our client is one of the most established and renowned property developers in Hong Kong. Due to continuous premium developments in China, they are hiring a Project Manager for their fitting out project. This position needs to be based in PRC. 

Job Descriptions:

• Monitor interior design, fitting out project progress to ensure it is completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality and safety standards;
• Manage performance of all consultancies, contractors, and other external vendors;
• Liaise with local government for statutory submission;
• Conduct feasibilities studies, technical due diligence studies;
• Perform ad-hoc duties as when required

Requirements:

• Degree in Architecture Design, Interior Design, Building Studies or other relevant disciplines
• At least 10 years of experiences in handling luxury residential and mixed use development projects in PRC 
• Exposure in full project cycle is preferred 
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Mandarin
• Excellent project management, communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office
